was a great school. low morale among staaff has greatly affected student outcomes. The principal needs more support.

This a good school for parents who want to see their kids succeed in life. It teaches kids discipline and most of all God. they become smart adults ready to take on the world.

waca is a great school to attend but its disciplinary actions are a bit drastic for young children. i personally learned a lot from this school and will miss it. -Aaron Wagner , former

I graduated from West Angeles in 2003 and even though it may not be the best school, it had some very good qualities. Their emphasis on God and religion impacted me greatly and is part of the reason why I am still religious today. However the teachers were not very good and my classmates and I often questioned their credentials. But I feel that WACA prepared me adequatley enough to suceed in high school and beyond.

I for one can agree with what these parents are saying about WACA. I am a current student (senior) and am preparing to graduate this year. I have attended this school since Kindergarten and might I say, there has been a drastic change in the schools discipline areas, educating areas and the Christian values that they seem to be teaching isn't quite getting through to the most of the students. However, they do have an excellent ministry :) and i do mean that. Honestly, the whole school has made an enormous change, but God does allow things to happen for a reason. All we, both students and parents can really do, is pray for the administration. I say, enter at your own risk.~

My child attended WACA for 2 years (5th and 6th grade), and I found there is no challenge with the academic program, very basic. It is a much better school than public, but the teachers seem to be more incline to give school work just to meet the requirements. Annual test scores proves my point. It is best that parents take on a hands on approach with teachers and administarion. This will become your second job. Good Luck.

I would not recommend this school. The teachers are not involved with the students and to do not take precious time with them. The school is lacking in over all supplies. Academics on a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being best it's a 4.

My family and I found this school not to live up to its name at all. The quality of education was very poor. The teachers had no control over the classrooms and therefore no disicipline. We would not recommend this school to anyone.

I don't know why all you people are being so harsh. I graduated from WACA in 2004 and I was there since Kindergarten, and it's a great school and it has prepeared me well, I think if I didn't go there that I would really be struggling now in high school, it set me on the right path. And you must remember most importantly that they are emphasizing the word of God.

This school has been a big disappointment. It is probably fine for most kids, but if your child is stuggling in any area - do not look for any extra effort in helping your child. The caliber of most of my childs teachers has been shockingly poor. It has therefore given none of the advantages of a huge school, with all of the disadvantages. I can not recommend

The academics in this school is high to some students. I was student there last year and well I didn't feel any academic challenges. The activities at this school though are great. Another good thing is that parents at this school are involved.

The summer school program at this school is very good. It provided a good balance between academics and summer fun, plus field trips were even available on a weekly basis (for an extra cost.) The cost of the summer program was also very reasonable, and overall the program was very well organized.

My child is currently a student at WACA and will not be returning next year. The school is excellent in teaching the Bible. The office management is very disorganized and lacks any leadership abilities. Also, the Elementary classes student-teacher ratio is very high. WACA lacks extracurriculum activities for Elementary students. What little they do have is not organized. Most of the teachers are good people and they do care about the safety of the kids. The school have a potential to be a good school but, a change in Office management and administration needs to occur.

The school has a loving caring atmosphere with great academics and extra curricular activities. For an inner city school, the teachers take a no nonesense approach, and have been successful at keeping the 'rif-raf' out. The only down side is that the facility itself looks a bit inner-city, but you get a Beverly Hills education

WACA is excellant in teaching the Bible also great in keeping your child safe on there grounds. They could be more organized.

We left this school ago and it has continued a downward spiral, primarily because of poor leadership and serious discipline problems among the students. Does have the potential to be a great school, however, drastic changes need to occur. we could no longer place are children at risk because of lack of leadership and direction.

My child is currently a student at WACA and will not be returning next year! The school does have a good curriculum, but the administration is too disorganized. Also, the classes are too large w/ no teacher aides to assist. For the money paid, the school should do better. The teachers are good people and do care about the kids, but that is not always enough.

W.A.C.A. is how this school is affectionately known. The school uses a great curriculum to teach the students. The atmosphere is very warm and the teachers have great concern for the students. The school administrators treat the children like family wich places a level of comfortability within the parents. The principal is excellent. She is a great disciplinarian and the children respect her. Although small in size your child will enjoy their experience at WACA.
