Page Private School Reviews

My daughter attended this school for a brief peried. She was enrolled in the preschool. The last time she attended, I picked her up late morning. She was sitting in urine soaked shorts at a desk trying to complete a 'worksheet'. Meanwhile, the teacher was standing with crying children rolling around on the floor around her. Terrible. The lunch I packed for her and was told would be refrigerated was not. It was in the cubby. Now I know why each she panicked before I would leave. She is since enrolled in a preschool she loves. I would not reccommend this school.

My grand children 3 go to Page and its remarkable how much they are learning I like the teachers they seem very interested in the students.I think for a school the lunches are very healthy and each day they get a different meal . They come home with homework and they have many different subjucts even the preschoolars Bob

I would not recommend this school. Academic programs are ok but the teachers lack professionalism and care for the students. No extracurricular activities when my children attended the school. The swimming pool is just a show. Again, poor teaching qualities and interest caused by the low pay of the teachers. This would force parents to pay for extra tutoring on top of a high tuition fee. Discipline was one of the nonexistent things because if they complained to the parent or tried to punish the child for anything that he/she did the school was scared to loose a student and of course the tuition. They were there for the tuition only.

Provides strong and well-around academic programs along with ample opportunities for other extracurricular activities. Many parents are well involved with school activites and their involvement with various issues pertaining to student's activities is encouraged by school officials. School administration shows strong awareness of cultural diversities in the student body.

My child attends this school. I think there are some problems with the teachers and their levels of expertise. They need to be more understanding with the students and be more nuturing and supportive.

My child attends this. He started in preschool. I was pleased in the beginning, but there seem to be some very serious problems with school.

Great school - Friendly staff. I like that preschool receives homework. Only complaint is I feel like sometimes the preschoolers have to much independence...leaving playground to go to rest room unattended, etc.

PPS is overall a pretty good school. The school is open 6:30 - 6:30 and provides music, swimming, computer lab, and a library. The school also has age specific playgrounds to ensure that the kids are surrounded with age appropriate toys, etc. The school perhaps better caters to Kinder and up; Pre-school kids aren't given the level of assistance that I would prefer - for example: on several occassions when picking up my preschooler from after care (located in a different room from daytime classroom) my 3-year old has been missing his lunchbox, jacket, etc., when inquiries are directed to the the preschool aid, the question is then directed to my 3-year old (by the aid) asking if he brought his things over, or where are his things - a little much to expect for a 3-year old. Staff is very friendly.
